This is your chance to have your very own swimsuit design turned into an actual in-game fashion item that you can wear👙🩳

Winners will receive fantastic rewards, so be sure to read the details below and join the contest！

🎨Design Requirements

-　Image Size：4800ｘ3500 px

-　Resolution：300 DPI

-　File Format：JPG or PNG

-　File Size：8MB or less

-　Submission Method：Compress your files into a ZIP file and attach it to an email sent to us.

🎨Design Guidelines & Tips

Here are some helpful pointers to make your designs even better！

-      Silhouette Volume: Outfits with excessively large or bulky silhouettes may be difficult to produce in-game.

-      Flowing Decorations: Long elements such as ribbons, strings, or belts may clash or glitch with character movements.

-      Tattoos & Patterns: Patterns or tattoos that cross over joint areas may become distorted during character animations.

-      Loose-Fitting Styles: Designs like off-shoulder or wide sleeves may have certain production limitations.

-      Complex Details: Highly intricate decorations or complex mechanisms may be simplified during production.

-      Game Compatibility: Designs that do not match the overall aesthetic of Club M Star or the character’s body proportions may be excluded from consideration.

　Once your swimwear designs are complete, please send them to the official submission email along with the required information.

👙Design Selection

 All designs submitted during the submission period will undergo an internal review.

From these, a total of 5 finalist designs will be selected based on the following main criteria:

- Suitability for the “Swimwear” theme
- Harmony with Club M Star characters and the overall game atmosphere
- Overall design quality and completeness
- Feasibility of production as an in-game item
- Suitability as a voting candidate

The 5 selected finalist designs will be revealed later in a dedicated Player Voting announcement.

🗳️Player Voting
A player voting phase will be held using the 5 finalist designs chosen through the internal review.

During the voting period, all Dancers will vote for their favorite swimwear design.

The design that receives the highest number of votes will be selected as the Grand Prize Winner and officially produced as an in-game item.

Any designs found to have fraudulent or irregular voting activity may be disqualified from the selection.

📢Important Notes

-　This event is exclusively for Club M Star Global players.

-　Only designs submitted to the official submission email within the designated submission period will be accepted.

- Submissions missing the correct email subject, participant information, or required attachments will be disqualified.

-　Once your submission is reviewed and confirmed as complete, we will send a confirmation email.

-　The submitter is fully responsible for any issues related to design plagiarism, copyright infringement, or violation of third-party rights.

-　If identical or highly similar designs are submitted, selection will be determined based on internal criteria.

-　The number of finalist designs may be adjusted depending on the overall quality and quantity of submissions.

-　The final winning design may be modified in color, shape, decorations, name, or other elements during the production process.

-　The in-game update schedule for the winning design may change due to development needs.

-　The winning design may be used in official channels, in-game content, banners, promotional materials, and other media.

-　Rewards will be distributed only to the character that submitted the design.

-　Bonus Gcoin rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of distribution.

-　Submitted designs may be used in future promotional content.

-　Please note that submitted files will not be returned. We are unable to provide individual feedback on non-selected designs. Thank you for your understanding.

-　Changing your character name after submission may make it difficult to distribute rewards. Please refrain from changing your character name until all rewards have been received.

-　Event schedules and details are subject to change due to internal circumstances.
