【Club Mstar CBT : FAQ】- CBT Pre-registration, CBT Pre-download, and CBT Schedule

Q:    When does the CBT take place?
A:    A: The CBT will run from September 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (UTC+9) to September 8, 2025, at 2:59 p.m. (UTC+9).
    
Q:    How do I participate in the CBT?
A:    To participate, follow these steps:

    1. Pre-register on the official Club Mstar website using your VFUN account.
    2. Check the email address registered to your VFUN account for a CBT application confirmation.
    3. If selected, you will receive an access code via email.
    4. When the CBT begins, download the game client, launch the game, and enter the access code.
    
Q:    When can I pre-register and pre-download the game?
A:    Pre-registration and pre-download will be available from September 1, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. to September 3, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (UTC+9). VFUN login is required for both.

Q:    When will I receive my CBT access code?
A:    Access codes will be sent out after 5:00 p.m. (UTC+9) on September 4, 2025.

Q:    What are the minimum PC specifications to play Club Mstar?
A:    The minimum game specifications are:

    OS: Windows 10 64bits or higher
    CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 or higher, AMD Ryzen 7 1800 or higher
    RAM: 16G or higher
    GPU: Geforce GTX1050 or higher, Radeon RX570 or higher
    Direct X: Version 9.0 or higher
    SSD: 50G or higher

Q:    What happens if my PC doesn't meet the minimum specifications?
A:    It is not guaranteed to have optimal performance or provide support for PCs with specifications lower than those recommended.

Q:    What rewards do I get for participating in the CBT?
A:    CBT participants will receive the following rewards upon the official launch of Club Mstar:
    1. A limited title.
    2. [Event] 10 candy, this is used to purchase specific items in the shopping mall.
    3. Bonus coins worth 110% of the amount of any purchases made during the CBT period (bonus coins used are not eligible for cashback).

Q:    Can I use my CBT access code on multiple accounts?
A:    No, access codes can only be used once per account.
    
Q:    Can I share my CBT access code with others?
A:    No, it is highly advised not to share your access codes as it can only be used once per account.
    
Q:    Do I need to enter my access code every time I log in?
A:    No, once you have logged in to the game by entering your access code, you will not need to enter it again to log in to the game, even from another PC using the same account.
    However, you cannot login a different account that has no access code when entering the game even if you have entered your access code from the previous account.
    
Q:    Will my character and play data created in CBT remain after the official service launch?
A:    No, all character and play data from the CBT will be deleted.
    Please note that all items purchased during the CBT period will also be deleted.

    
Q:    I heard that if you purchase items during the CBT period, you will receive bonus coins after the official launch.
A:    Yes, that's right. We will give you a bonus coin worth 110% of the amount you purchased during the CBT period.
    However, if you purchase items with bonus coins during the CBT period, this amount will be excluded from the cashback.

    Also, if you buy stuff with bonus coins you got after the official launch, keep in mind that it won't count toward the VIP membership system, which is coming after the official launch.
