To ensure a healthy and fair gaming environment for everyone, we're announcing stricter penalties for accounts engaging in activities that violate our game policies, along with adjustments to related rewards.

1. Actions Against Accounts Abusing Pre-Registration Rewards

We've identified accounts that created numerous sub-accounts to exploit the "Receive Gift" function and mass-collect Candy rewards from the 'Lucky Muffin' pre-registration event, transferring them to their main accounts.

This is a clear violation of our game policies, disrupting the in-game economy and undermining fair play. We have blocked (suspended) these accounts.

To prevent further abuse and maintain a balanced gaming environment, Candy rewards from 'Lucky Muffin' will be discontinued in future.

2. Penalties for Using Unauthorized Payment Methods

Purchasing Candies and other in-game items through unauthorized third-party payment providers, instead of using Club Mstar's official payment systems (VFUN and Pmang), violates our operational policies.

Using external payment providers compromises in-game security and exploits the payment system for unfair gains. Accounts involved in such activities will be immediately suspended upon verification.

Club Mstar is committed to eliminating malicious activities through continuous monitoring and strong enforcement, ensuring a fair and enjoyable game for all.
