We have received several inquiries regarding VIP Status and the eligibility for Specific VIP Rewards. We would like to take this moment to clarify the difference between your VFUN Account Grade and your In-Game VIP Activity Points.

1. Account Grade vs. Reward Eligibility

Many players have noted that their profile displays a VVIP Grade on the VFUN website (as seen in the general account overview). While this represents your overall account standing, it is not the automatic basis for receiving monthly in-game VVIP rewards.

2. How Rewards Are Actually Calculated

To qualify for specific VIP/VVIP rewards, your status is determined by your activity points within the current calculation period.

As shown in the "My Points Details" section of the VFUN GL page, your status for the next month is calculated based on:

• Spending Amount (G-Coin)

• Number of Plays

• Playtime (Minutes)

• Couple Levels

• Crew Registration

3. Key Points to Remember:

• The Calculation Period: Points are typically tracked from the 1st to the end of the month (e.g., 03.01 ~ 03.31).

• Next Month's Grade: Your "Expected Grade for Next Month" is what determines your rewards. Even if your account says VVIP, if your current activity points only reach "Normal" or "VIP" levels, you will receive rewards corresponding to that activity level, not the account grade.

• Bonus Gcoins: Bonus Gcoins expenses are not calculated as well and will not affect your points.

• Point Requirements:

  • Normal: 0 Points

  • VIP: 2,000 Points

  • RVIP: 7,000 Points

  • VVIP: 20,000 Points

We encourage all players to check their "My Points Details" dashboard regularly to ensure they are meeting the activity requirements for their desired reward tier.
