Our team has been closely reviewing your feedback and the issues raised during our recent sessions. We want to be transparent about the current status of the game’s development and what you can expect in the near future. Here is a summary of our focus areas:

🛠 Upcoming Features & Improvements

• In-Game Server Time Display: To help you coordinate events and weddings more accurately, we are officially beginning development on an in-game server time display.

• Ceiling (Pity) System: We have discussed on how we can improve the Pity System. We will share more details on how this will guarantee rewards after a certain number of attempts soon.

• Music Note Beat: Our team is making efforts to improve and we aim to provide more upbeat and exciting music.

• Song Synchronization In-game: We are creating best possible ways to improve the songs and it's rhythm to provide more immersive game experience.

Currency & Economy Updates

• Expanding Mpoint Usage: We hear your request for more ways to spend M-Points. We are currently discussing the introduction of an mpoint lucky box.

• GCoin Syncing: Please note that on the 1st of every month, there may be a slight synchronization delay for GCoin. Your currency is safe; it simply takes a moment for the system to refresh during peak periods.

⚖️ Policy & Technical Clarifications

• Maintenance & Weddings: As a basic rule, If users booked their weddings during the maintenance day, please note that we are not able to provide compensation for cancelled wedding schedule during maintenance time as we have posted an announcement ahead of time as always.

  • Additionally, as discussed with our team, from now on, if you have booked a wedding on a different day (not maintenance day) but the game needed to undergo an emergency/temporary maintenance on the same day and time where your wedding is scheduled, we will provide full compensation if your wedding got cancelled because of a temporary maintenance.

⚠️ Note: All the contents that were mentioned above have no definite timeframe or specific schedule of deployment and are still subject for changes, but everything is currently in-progress and under development already.

🚨Reports About Game Bugs and Issues

• We are continuosly investigating reports of game crashes and trying to find out more ways to improve the stability of the game. Also, about being disconnected in the game when doing actions in Home Garden, we encourage you to submit a ticket detailing exactly what are the actions you have done and what are the items that you have used (if there's any) during the process of being forced close in the game.
