We are aware of the issue wherein some of our users are receiving an error when logging into their VFUN account that says "Deleted Account".

To clarify the issue, please note that the accounts were not actually deleted, the reason for the message is due to following reason(s):

Accounts that were using "Trash" email or Fake Emails are being flagged by the system which caused for the temporary inaccessiblity of the accounts.

Additionally, we are already coordinating with the relevant department regarding this matter and we will update you once we got more details on how we should proceed next.
