In response to inquiries from dancers who experienced duplicate item purchases due to server instability, we conducted a retrieval process for the duplicated items during the maintenance on Thursday, October 16.

The retrieval of duplicate items has been completed, except in cases where the target items could not be identified in the inventory. 
For transactions where item retrieval has been completed, we will gradually process refunds in the form of bonus Gcoin.
