One-Time Support for Accounts Using Disposable Email Services

Regarding to the users who were affected of the unable to access the VFUN account due to using "Trash" emails or disposable emails, to maintain the highest level of security and to ensure that you never lose access to your progress, VFUN Global Operations is launching a mandatory email correction initiative.

Our Policy on Disposable Emails

As a matter of policy, VFUN does not encourage or support the use of temporary or trash email addresses. These services pose a significant risk to account recovery, transaction security, and overall account safety.

One-Time Migration Support

Effective immediately, we are offering a one-time support window to help affected users change their registered email to a legitimate, permanent address (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).

Please note the following strictly enforced rules:

Limited Availability: This specific support service is available only once per account.

Future Support Restriction: If an account is found to be using a disposable email service after this notice, or after having already utilized this one-time change, VFUN will no longer provide any form of support, including account recovery or technical assistance.

Account Safety: Legitimate emails are required for password resets, two-factor authentication, and critical security alerts.

How to Request a Change

If your account is currently linked to a temporary email, please fill out the Account Correction Form immediately to secure your data. Our support team will review your request and verify account ownership before finalizing the change.
