【Official Announcement】 Updated Sanctions Table and Enforcement Process

Hello Dancers,

This is the Club M Star Global Operations Team.

We are announcing a significant update to our Sanctions Table and Enforcement Process, effective immediately. This revision is part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players.

This updated policy standardizes penalties, introduces clearer progression for repeat offenses, and implements an immediate, zero-tolerance stance on the most damaging violations.

1. Key Policy Changes

Stricter Chat Enforcement

The new policy introduces mutes as a first-line action for common chat violations (Swearing, Slang, Insult, Flooding). This allows players to immediately recognize and correct their behavior before incurring account suspensions. Progression to a Permanent Ban is now faster for repeated infractions.

Zero Tolerance for Severe Violations

We are implementing immediate, first-attempt Permanent Bans for critical violations that compromise the integrity and security of the game and its players:

  • Cheating / Illegal Programs

  • Account Trading

  • Impersonating Staff

  • Fraud

  • Sexual Harassment (Now a 7-day ban on the 1st Attempt, leading directly to a Permanent Ban on the 2nd Attempt.)

We have merged all technical, RMT, and behavioral infractions into a single, comprehensive Sanctions Table below for maximum clarity.

The following table outlines the full list of in-game rule violations, their descriptions, and the enforcement action taken for each successive attempt.

Note: Ban refers to an Account Suspension. Mute restricts in-game communication.

Enforcement Process Notes:

  1. Enforcement: All enforcement actions are applied by the Club M Star Global Operations Team.

  2. Severity: Violations listed with Permanent Ban on the 1st Action may also include removal of items/currency related to the violation.

  3. Appeal: Players have the right to appeal any suspension by contacting our Support Team via the official channel (VFUN Ticketing).

  4. Main Account Banning: If you were found guilty and using a sub-account for doing such misconduct in-game, your main account will also be at risk of taking such penalties in-game. We will both impose sanctions to both sub and main account if proven guilty of the violation.

Reporting and Complaints


A. Reporting channel 

We encourage players to actively report any in-game misconduct. Reports can be submitted through official customer support channels, along with any relevant evidence necessary for investigation and resolution. 

B. Complaint Handling Procedures 
If you have any objections to the sanctions, you can appeal through our official customer support channels. We will carefully review the objections and make appropriate decisions considering the actual situation.

■ Note of caution 
Please comply with the rules, laws, and regulations of the game, and help maintain a fair and harmonious gaming environment. 
If you encounter any inappropriate behavior or violations of regulations during gameplay, please gather relevant evidence and report it to customer support. 


We will continue to strengthen in-game monitoring, uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating and take firm action against all violations.
