After coordinating with our team and director, it has come to our attention that a lot of users were unable to connect to the game after entering the access code.

We have found the reason behind this issue, if you login using google login or other SNS login method and entered the access code, you won't be able to enter the game and receive a "Lost connection" notification in game.

After some testing, we found out the reason behind this is because the code is tied on the vfun account, therefore, SNS accounts like google will be nullified. 

The workaround that we can offer for this matter is to advise the members to create or sign up a VFUN account directly.

After creating a vfun account, please kindly go to our official Discord and send our official staff a message along with the following details:

Email Address:
Access code you used:
Country:

We will provide a brand new code for those members who received the codes initially and unable to enter the game after entering the code due to SNS login. (Note: you will have to use a different email since the SNS login method you used is no longer be able to duplicate.)

Additional notes: Once we go Live, your google/SNS method will still remain and you are free to use it still once we go Live.
